Precision Manufacturing

The community and region are home to many companies involved in precision manufacturing. Parts for a variety of industries are produced and exported out of the Port of Virginia allowing companies to scale their business and have significant access to customers. A mature local and regional workforce that includes many veterans work in these types of industries.
